Multi-Select is available on Gojek for all riders from today! When booking a ride, you can choose multiple service types to boost your chances of getting matched with a driver faster.



How it works:

1. Enter your pick-up and drop-off points
2. Choose any and all ride types that work for you
3. Get matched to an available vehicle within the chosen ride types in possibly less time

You’ll be able to choose amongst the following services:

• GoCar – classic Gojek rides
• GoCar Flash – closer pickups
• GoCar XL – extra space for big groups or items
• GoCar Premium – luxe rides in fancy cars
• GoCar Kids – safer rides for kids aged 4-7 years old, or below 1.35m
• GoCar XL Kids – extra space & kid-friendly rides

Easy peasy! Now sit back and wait until your car comes to you. The final fare will be based on the service type you’ve ended up matching with. 



FAQs

1. How much will a ride under Multi-Select cost?
   The final price of your ride will be based on the service type allocated to you. All of the prices will be displayed as soon as you’ve entered your pick-up and drop-off points, as per usual.
    
2. Is there an additional charge for using Multi-Select?There is no additional fee for using the Multi-Select feature. The final fare is based on the service type that you are assigned.
    
3. How will Gojek allocate a ride for me? 
   When you use Multi-Select, Gojek opens up the search for a ride to a larger pool of drivers offering more services. You’ll then be matched to any one of them who can serve you sooner.
    
4. How many service types can I select at any one time?
   You can select as many GoCar service types as you like! You’ll be assigned to the first available car among your selected options. GoTaxi isn’t available for Multi-Select yet, but it’s coming soon. 
    
5. Can I use any promo code with Multi-Select? Why are some of my vouchers unavailable?
   With Multi-Select, voucher application is simplified. The Gojek app identifies the best vouchers for your benefit, and vouchers that aren’t applicable due to their separate terms of service, etc. will not be shown on the Promos tab. Not to worry – these vouchers can still be used when you’re selecting the relevant service types.
