1. Pick-up: Use the manual lanes to enter without entry fees by simply flashing your active booking screen.
    
2. Drop-off: Use the manual lanes to enter without entry fees if your passenger has a valid staff pass, Sentosa Islander membership or a complimentary hotel pass.

3. Drop-off: For other passengers without any of the 3 items above, kindly inform them that they will bear the cost of the entry fee and key in the exact cost in the ERP field at the end of the trip.
