If you wish to install an In-Vehicle Recording Device (IVRD) in your vehicle, please follow the 3-step process below.

  Step 1: Get Approval from LTA

  Before installing an IVRD, you must obtain approval from the Land Transport Authority (LTA).

Send an email request to LTA at: LTA_P2P_Application@lta.gov.sg

  Step 2: Schedule an Installation

  Once your request is approved by LTA:

Contact an LTA-authorized installation centre to schedule an appointment.

Install your IVRD at the authorized centre.

  Note: Installations can only be carried out at LTA-authorized centres after receiving official LTA approval.

  Step 3: Notify Gojek

  Submit your vehicle details and a copy of your LTA approval letter through [this link/form].

  What happens next?

Verification & Processing: Gojek processes applications every Monday and Thursday by 8:00 PM.

Account Update: Once verified, we will update our system so passengers are automatically notified of the IVRD in your vehicle prior to pick-up.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation SMS once the update is complete.
