1. Visit the GoCorp Webform page [link Webform GoCorp]
2. Select GoCorp Prepaid
3. Fill out the GoCorp Prepaid registration form [link formulir]
For registration purposes, please prepare:
1. A photo of your Identity Card (KTP) and a photo of your NPWP (taxpayer identification number) card.
> The attached KTP must be the ID of the contract signatory.
> For individuals, please prepare the KTP and NPWP of the Business Owner.
> For companies, please prepare the KTP of the Company Representative and the Company NPWP.
2. An active PIC email address. This email will be registered as the GoCorp Admin to access the GoCorp Dashboard, receive the GoCorp Admin activation email, and GoCorp balance top-up instructions.
3. An active PIC mobile phone number.
4. After you fill out and submit the GoCorp Prepaid Payment form, your form and documents will be processed within a maximum of 2 business days.
5. Please monitor the progress periodically via the email address you registered on the form.
6. If any documents are invalid, you will receive a notification email as follows:
> Sender: ss.gocorp.id@gojek.com
> Subject: Lengkapi data/dokumen pendaftaran GoCorp Anda
You can re-attach the required documents or information in the email body.
7. If the documents are declared valid, then you need to take 2 final steps to be able to immediately use the GoCorp service:
1. Top-up your GoCorp balance with a minimum of Rp500,000 through the account number that will be sent via email with the following email details:
> Sender: no-reply.gocorp.id@gojek.com
> Subject email: Selamat datang di GoCorp! Satu langkah lagi untuk mencapai pengelolaan keuangan perusahaan yang lebih optimal.
2. Activate the GoCorp Admin account
> Sender: no-reply@admin.gocorp.gojek.com
> Subject email: You are now a GoCorp admin!
8. After topping up the initial balance of at least Rp500,000 and completing the GoCorp admin activation, you can immediately access the GoCorp Dashboard to manage your expense management!
