Prepaid payment is the payment system where the GoCorp client's need to top up their balance before using GoCorp service. GoCorp client's can also do the deposit top up anytime via bank transfer and Gojek team will process the deposit top up max 2 (two) working days. GoCorp prepaid method is more easier then postpaid method because client's no need to rely on the monthly invoice.
Minimum Initial Top-Up of Rp500,000
Clients who register for GoCorp Prepaid Payment must top up a minimum balance of Rp500,000 through the account number that will be sent via email after successful data entry, with the following details:
> Sender: no-reply.gocorp.id@gojek.com
> Email subject: Selamat datang di GoCorp! Satu langkah lagi untuk mencapai pengelolaan expense management lebih optimal.
After the initial top-up is fulfilled, there is no minimum amount that must be met for the next top-ups.
Top-ups will be processed no later than 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays) after the funds are credited into the account.
Active Period of GoCorp Balance
GoCorp Balance has a limited active period. In order to be used continuously by Clients, the following conditions apply:
1. If there is no GoCorp transaction activity for 5 consecutive months (the Client does not top up the GoCorp balance or use GoCorp services in the Gojek application), the Client will enter a 30-day grace period.
2. During the grace period, the Client will receive a notification email to immediately make a transaction using GoCorp, sent via email with the following details:
> Sender: no-reply.gocorp.id@gojek.com
> Email subject: Akun GoCorp Anda memasuki masa tenggang.
3. With the end of the grace period and no GoCorp transaction activity, the Client's GoCorp balance will be forfeited and cannot be withdrawn, and the Client releases Gojek from any claims for compensation in any form.
