Getting a ride at the airport is now easier than ever with GoCar Airport by Gojek.

Here’s how to book your GoCar Airport ride:

• Select your nearest pickup point and enter your destination as usual, then choose GoCar Airport on the booking page. We’ll instantly notify our drivers about your booking.
• Head to your selected pickup point and look for the Gojek totem and staff there.
• Once you arrive, get your code in the app.
• Wait for your driver to arrive. When it’s time, Gojek staff will call your name.
• Share the code you received earlier with Gojek staff to start your trip.

What should I do after making a booking?

After making a booking, you'll need to go to the pickup point and slide the "Slide to get code" button. After that, share the code with the staff at the pickup point while we find a driver for you.

How can I find the pickup point?

Check the app for full directions to the pickup point. When you arrive, look for the Gojek totem and staff.

Why can't I start my trip yet?
