1. Products or business partners that fall under the restrictions set by the Financial Services Authority (OJK)

According to the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK), GoPay Later by PT MAB cannot be used as a payment method for the following products:

• Gold
• Mobile phone credit (Pulsa)
• Electronic money top-ups
• Business partners involved in donating or receiving donations
• Business partners for insurance payments, mutual funds, or investment purchases
• Business partners for loan payments
• Certain business partners for in-app purchases in online games

In addition, there are some merchants whose transactions we have internally restricted. If you encounter any issues using GoPay Later during a transaction, please use an alternative payment method.

2. Have you ever been late or missed a GoPay Later bill payment?

Make sure to always pay your bills on time to avoid late fees and a decrease in your credit score. A good credit score is one of the terms and conditions for using a GoPay Later account.

3. Have you ever been late or missed a payment at another financial institution?

Check and make sure you have fully paid your bills at financial institutions other than GoPay Later, because late payments at any financial institution will affect your data in the Financial Information Services System (SLIK).

SLIK is a system managed by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) that stores and provides information about the credit or debt history of individuals or companies. Therefore, SLIK serves as a reference for all financial institutions when assessing creditworthiness and managing credit risk.

4. There is data in your account that failed to be validated or does not meet the criteria

For example, if you change your phone number but have not reported this change to GoPay Later, our system will detect it as data that cannot be validated. This also applies to other data, such as your e-KTP information.

If you experience this issue, please contact our Customer Service team by clicking the ‘Contact Us’ button at the bottom of this page and request a data update so that your GoPay Later account can be used for transactions again.

5. For account and transaction security

GoPay Later by PT MAB always strives to ensure the security of your transactions to protect you from potential risks. If any suspicious activity, such as unusual transactions or other potential security risks, is detected by Gopay Later's security system, we will temporarily block your GoPay Later account to prevent any potential financial loss to you.
